Project inquiries

The project inquiry forms collect your name, email address, business name, package interest, project details and any optional phone number, website, timeline or budget you provide. When you submit, these details are sent securely to Web3Forms, which processes the submission and emails it to contact@patrickcornett.com. Web3Forms may retain submission data under its privacy policy, for a maximum of three years unless a shorter period applies or the data is deleted earlier. ORBIT uses your inquiry to respond, discuss your needs and prepare any requested proposal. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. See Web3Forms’s privacy information.

When you send an inquiry, the information in your message and your email address are handled through email services and used to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested work. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
